[ShopeePay] How do I get my refund out of ShopeePay?

If you are an existing Non-Thai nationals ShopeePay user, when your Shopee order is canceled whether it be by yourself, by sellers, or by unsuccessful payment, the refund will be automatically triggered to you. However, the refund channel and lead time may vary based on your payment channel. You can refer to this table for reference.

In the event that you get the refund into your ShopeePay and would like to cash out, here are the options you may choose at your convenience:

 
  1. Use the amount in the ShopeePay wallet for the next purchase in Shopee or ShopeePay by simply selecting the payment channel as ‘ShopeePay’.

  2. Link a bank account in ShopeePay and withdraw the amount into your linked bank account. 

    a. Go to ShopeePay application > Me > Settings > Linked Payment Methods > Add New ShopeePay Linked Bank Account.

    b. To withdraw, go to ShopeePay application > Transfer > select ‘Linked Bank Account’ > input the amount to transfer > be mindful of the free transfer quota (free 1 time/ month) > confirm to proceed by PIN or biometric.

    c. Please note that only 3 bank accounts are available for Non-Thai nationals users to link with ShopeePay including:
      1. Kasikorn Bank (KBank)

      2. Land and House Bank (LH Bank)

      3. Government Savings Bank (GSB Bank)

    d. The bank account name must match with the passport that is used to register in ShopeePay.
 
3.  Request a direct transfer to your bank account.

a. To submit a request, kindly email to help@shopeepay.co.th indicating your request and provide proof for account ownership verification which are:

    1. Copy of passport with your signature

    2. 1st page of your bank account that has your name and account number

Please indicate the following in the email subject: Request a direct transfer  
b. You will be notified via email and can expect the amount in your bank account within 14 operating days after the request and account ownership is verified.
