วิธีการใช้โค้ด

โค้ดที่เก็บแล้ว ผู้ใช้สามารถเลือกใช้โค้ด ได้ในหน้าทำการสั่งซื้อ โดยโค้ดทั้งหมดสามารถดูได้ในช่อง 'โค้ดส่วนลดของ Shopee' หรือ 'โค้ดส่วนลดร้านค้า'
โค้ดส่วนลด Shopee ที่สามารถใช้ได้จะขึ้นเป็นสีเขียว (โค้ดส่งฟรี*) หรือ สีส้ม (โค้ดส่วนลด และ Coin Cashback)
โค้ดที่ไม่ตรงตามเงื่อนไขของกิจกรรมจะขึ้นเป็นสีเทา
โค้ดส่วนลดร้านค้าจะแสดงในหน้า ทำการสั่งซื้อให้โดยอัตโนมัติ หากรายการที่เลือกซื้อตรงตามเงื่อนไขของกิจกรรม โค้ดส่วนลด
หลังจากยืนยันวิธีการชำระเงิน และกดปุ่ม “สั่งสินค้า” ที่หน้า “ทำการสั่งซื้อ” แล้ว ผู้ซื้อจะไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนวิธีการชำระเงินได้อีก หากต้องการเปลี่ยนแปลงการชำระเงิน ผู้ซื้อจะต้องยกเลิกรายการและทำรายการใหม่ โดยจะต้องเลือกวิธีการชำระเงินให้ตรงตามเงื่อนไขของโค้ดส่วนลดที่ต้องการใช้

How to use voucher

Voucher must be entered at the checkout page.
Vouchers that applicable to your order will be appeared in Green or Orange (Green for free shipping voucher, and Orange for coin cashback and discount voucher).
Unapplicable vouchers will be gray-out.
Applicable seller voucher will be auto suggested once selected the valid product in your cart page.
Once the payment method is confirmed and the order is placed on the “Checkout” page, it cannot be modified thereafter. To make changes, users must cancel the existing order and proceed to repurchase using a new payment method that qualifies for the relevant promotion.

เงื่อนไขการคืนโค้ด

กรณีมีการคืนสินค้าแค่บางชิ้นในคำสั่งซื้อ หรือ เลือกขอคืนเงินเท่านั้น คุณจะไม่ได้รับการพิจารณาคืนโค้ด
กรณีคำสั่งซื้อไม่สำเร็จ หรือ เกิดการคืนเงิน/คืนสินค้าด้วยสาเหตุอื่นๆ นอกเหนือไปจากข้อ 1. คุณจะได้รับการพิจารณาคืนโค้ด เฉพาะกรณีที่โค้ดนั้นยังไม่หมดอายุหรือมีการใช้ไม่เต็มจำนวนสิทธิ์ซึ่งมีจำนวนจำกัด โดยเงื่อนไขและวันหมดอายุของโค้ดที่คุณได้รับคืนนั้นจะยังคงเดิมโดยไม่มีการต่อระยะเวลาหมดอายุ

Returning voucher conditions

In case of a partial return or refund without a return, vouchers will not be eligible for return.
In case of incomplete order or a refund/return for other reasons than the reasons stated in condition 1, the voucher will be returned only if the voucher is not expired or is not fully used. The voucher terms & conditions and the expiration date of the return voucher will remain the same without extending the expiration date.
